THE ELITE

FULL SERVICE PLANNING | BEGINS AT $8,950

The Elite package is an all-inclusive service designed for the couple that is busy and may not have the time to handle the countless details of planning a wedding.

This package is a perfect solution to bring clients’ wedding vision to life without the stress of living the process. Couples are involved as much as they’d like to be, but in a way that allows them to actually relax and enjoy being engaged while the Beautiful Occasions, LLC team takes on the majority of the work to refine and execute your wedding vision.

THE SOPHISTICATE

PARTIAL PLANNING | BEGINS AT $5,950

The Sophisticate package is crafted for couples who want to be more hands-on in the planning process, but would like assistance and guidance with some vendor selection, décor, and key elements that make your wedding day spectacular.

The Beautiful Occasions, LLC team will partner with you to provide professional guidance throughout the wedding planning process to ensure your event is executed with your unique vision and no details missed.  

With Beautiful Occasions, LLC on their side, clients can enjoy the culmination of the planning process and trust that their wedding will be executed flawlessly. We handle every aspect of the wedding planning process so you can trust that your event will be crafted flawlessly so you can be present on your most memorable day of your life.

INQUIRY CALL

We will create and share customized planning materials for us to collaborate on. We will review a detailed budget and gather additional information so we can ensure every detail is accounted for to make your wedding day memorable and visually stunning.

ONBOARDING VIDEO CALL

We will have planning calls to align and plan your wedding together. Depending on the package you select, these calls may be bi-weekly or weekly if you book The Classic: Month of Coordination package. Some of the in-person meetings may include venue tours, florist design appointments, and walk-throughs.

01. WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE AND DO YOU TRAVEL?

We serve Northern California, Sacramento, the Bay Area and beyond. We are willing to travel for your big day! Anything out of a 50 mile radius of Folsom, CA will be assessed for a travel fee.

02. DO YOU OFFER DISCOVERY CONSULTATIONS?

Absolutely! We feel every client's requirements are unique and therefore we'd like to learn more about your wedding plans so that we can provide a customized proposal that caters to your specific needs.

03. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

Availability is based on demand so it is advised to schedule a call as soon as possible to get the process going.
